Acceptance of Terms
Sellgoodsordie provides online resources such as classified listings, advertising, email services and links to third party sites that are subject to the following Terms of Use. By using the Site you agree to comply with these Terms. When using services, you agree to abide by any posted guidelines for those services, which may change. Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, you may discontinue use of the Site. Sellgoodsordie will not be held liable for loss or damage for non-compliance. Terms may be updated at any time. You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms. You understand and agree that unless stated, Sellgoodsordie does not control, verify or endorse any of the information contained on or in the Service such as listings, links, messages, and advertisements.
Registration
Registration is not required to use the Service or Site, yet if you decide to register, you must complete the registration process. To register, you must submit a valid e-mail address and create a username, and a password will be sent to your email. Sellgoodsordie has the right to refuse the Service or to delete accounts created by users who exploit the name, likeness, email address or other personally identifiable information of another.
Content
All content posted on or linked from the Site are the responsibility of the person or organization from whom posted such content. The content available through the Site may contain links to other web sites that are independent of Sellgoodsordie. Sellgoodsordie is not liable in any way for content or loss or damage resulting from the use of any content posted, emailed, linked or otherwise available. Uploading or posting will be at your own risk and Sellgoodsordie will not be responsible to you in any way. You are responsible for content you post on the Site and the consequences of such content. Sellgoodsordie does not claim ownership of content posted, yet by posting content, you grant and warrant the right for Sellgoodsordie use, copy, perform, display and distribute the content. Also Sellgoodsordie may delete content for any reason.
User Conduct
You agree to act responsibly and treat other users with respect. You agree not to harass or abuse other users. Individuals who have harassed other users may be removed or blocked from the Site. You agree not to post content that:
- Is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable
- Advertises illegal services or the sale of illegal items.
- Displays sexually explicit material of any kind
- Contains unauthorized advertising, such as spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc.
- Contains content that infringes patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights
- Contains viruses or material made to disrupt, limit, or destroy usability of computer software or hardware of users or Sellgoodsordie
- Collects or stores information about other users
- Contains personal information about another user without their consent
- Contains material posted by another user reposted without permission
- Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin
- Contact users who wish not to be contacted
- Use means such as spiders, crawlers, data mining tools, or others to download data from the Site
Ownership
All right, title and interest to the Site will remain exclusive property of Sellgoodsordie. "Sellgoodsordie" and logos, icons and marks identifying Sellgoodsordie services or products are trademarks and may not be used without permission. You may not copy reproduce or distribute works of the Site without Sellgoodsordie's express written authorization. All rights not expressly granted in the Terms are reserved to Sellgoodsordie.
Dealings with organizations or individuals
Sellgoodsordie will not be liable for interactions with organizations or individuals found on the Site. This includes, yet is not limited to, payment, delivery of goods, and other terms, conditions, or warranties associated with dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. Sellgoodsordie is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from dealings. Sellgoodsordie has no obligation to become involved in disputes between users on the Site.
Limitation & Termination of Service
Sellgoodsordie has no responsibility or liability concerning the deletion of any content maintained by the Site. Sellgoodsordie reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site with or without notice, and that Sellgoodsordie will not be liable to you or to any third party for the modification of, suspension or discontinuance of the Site. Sellgoodsordie has the right to delete your account, block your email and IP address, or terminate your access to or use of the Site without notice, and remove content within the Site, for any reason. Sellgoodsordie will not be liable to you or any third-party for termination of access to the Site.
Privacy & Information Disclosure
Sellgoodsordie has a Privacy Policy that explains how their information is collected and used. Use of the Site signifies acknowledgement and agreement to the Privacy Policy. Sellgoodsordie may disclose your content, along with your information, including email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information, if required by law or in the belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with the legal process, or to follow the Terms.
Indemnity
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFYAND HOLD SELLGOODSORDIE HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, COST, DAMAGES, LIABILITY, AND EXPENSE RESULTING OR RELATING TO THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR ALLEGATIONS OF INFRINGEMENT, ANY FRAUD, MANIPULATION OR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, OR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR ALLEGATIONS BROUGHT AGAINST SELLGOODSORDIE RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
Prohibited Content
Content that is prohibited:
- Embedded images. Embedding images in your listing using html is not allowed. Please use our image upload feature.
Items that are specifically prohibited on Sellgoodsordie:
- Alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
- Blood, bodily fluids and body parts
- Embargoed goods
- Items designed to be used to commit crime
- Material that infringes copyrights
- Misrepresentations and counterfeit items
- Obscene material, child pornography or is harmful to minors
- Prescription drugs, controlled substances, illegal drugs
- Nonprescription drugs
- Merchandise that promotes hatred and violence against groups of people
- Services that are illegal
- Stocks and other securities
- Stolen goods
- Weapons
- Fireworks
